We manage the full marketing technology stack, workflows, vendor contracts, legal compliance, documentation, and enforcement. As an example, we recently implemented an organization-wide UTM-based attribution model with real-time dashboards, while maintaining strict oversight of data privacy, consent, and regulatory frameworks including GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA.


Content and brand experience

Our content function owns strategy, voice, tone, messaging, and distribution. This team drives brand storytelling, SEO, and campaign content, ensuring everything we publish aligns with brand, performance, and compliance standards. The result: stronger engagement, higher lead quality, and a consistent digital experience across all marketing and internal and external communications channels.


Web and digital infrastructure

Our web team builds from the ground up. In a recent project, we updated content, design, video, and accessibility of more than 600 fully accessible pages. To ensure accessibility, the entire team completed more than eight hours of focused training to guarantee mobile-first responsiveness, modular design, and ADA and WCAG compliance. Our development and design teams work in tight coordination with content and compliance, delivering scalable solutions that meet both creative and technical requirements.


CX, insights, and automation

We close the loop between customer behavior and marketing action. Using NPS, CSAT, CES, and behavioral data, we segment audiences, map journeys, test campaigns, and generate performance reports. By combining operational and experience data, we provide insight into the drivers of customer behavior. This enables us to respond in real time and improve the customer experience across channels.
